The Association of Chinese Entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan, together with the Tashkent State Transport University, held a forum on “The role of e-commerce in the era of globalization on the Silk Road: current status and prospects” to develop the e-commerce and electronic payments system in Uzbekistan.

At the forum, Chinese specialists opened new training courses and developed a free training program for 100 students in cross-border e-commerce.

The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange, the Chinese Embassy in Uzbekistan, the Association of Chinese Entrepreneurs, Uzbekiston Pochtasi JSC, and Chinese companies.

The level and quality of training qualified personnel in e-commerce have been significantly improved. Ensuring comfortable and timely export of products from domestic manufacturers to the world market is also considered.
