The Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage allocated 1 billion UZS for the repair of Talipoch Qal`a Darvozasi fortress.

This has been reported by the Department of Culture of Bukhara region.

As previously reported, on March 11, the part of the fortress wall collapsed because of prolonged heavy rains.

In March this year, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved the Address list of real estate objects of tangible cultural heritage, on which conservation work will be carried out in 2022. According to it, the work on repair and reconstruction will be carried out by the Directorate for the Restoration of Cultural Heritage Sites.

Responsible employees and specialists of the sphere are carrying out pre-project preparations.
