An educational seminar-training for women of the Uzbek diaspora titled “I Am a Happy Woman” was held at the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Frankfurt am Main.

The event was initiated by the “O‘zbegoyim Women Community” with the support of the “Vatandoshlar” Public Foundation.

Particular attention was given to topics such as achieving a harmonious balance between career and personal life, unlocking inner potential, strengthening psychological resilience, and overcoming personal crises.

Renowned specialists worked with the participants, including clinical psychotherapist Shohida Khalikova, who has extensive practical experience, and Begoyim Sadyk, a philologist, economist, HR expert, and active public figure.

Modern approaches to self-awareness, methods for managing emotional resources, and practical recommendations for improving quality of life were presented in an interactive format.

Following the seminar, participants gained valuable knowledge and motivational tools that contribute to personal growth and the enhancement of psychological well-being. The event also served as an important platform for sharing experiences among members of the Uzbek community in Germany.
