A new tourism infrastructure is being built on the Takhtaqoracha Pass, located in Kashkadarya region’s Kitob district and leading to Samarkand region.

A comfortable four-storey hotel is already ready to receive tourists here.

Kashkadarya region’s Hokim M. Azimov, Deputy Advisor to the President U. Muhammadiyev, and others attended the opening ceremony.

The cost of this facility, built by Omad Service Qurilish LLC, is $3 million.

A modern hotel with 100 seats and a family restaurant with 300 seats were built in the first stage. These facilities, designed to provide a comfortable environment for both tourists and residents, offer visitors a high level of service. In the second stage, it is planned to construct 20 capsule houses, offering modern accommodation options for tourists.

Kitob district is notable for its picturesque nature, clean air and beautiful landscapes. Takhtaqoracha Pass primarily attracts tourists with its lush green mountain slopes, crystal-clear springs, and breathtaking views. This area has great potential for ecotourism, and the implementation of the new project will help to reveal all facets of the tourism image of Kitob district.

This project will create new job opportunities for residents, and the flow of both foreign and local tourists to the region is expected to increase. In the future, it is planned to build additional tourism facilities, which creates the basis for turning Kitob district into one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Uzbekistan.
