The Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Nigmatilla Yuldashev, met with the British Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Timothy Smart.

The parties discussed the current state of relations between the authorized bodies of both countries in the legal sphere, as well as prospects for further development of cooperation in combating crime, strengthening the rule of law, and maintaining public order.

In particular, an agreement was reached to deepen cooperation in combating cybercrime, terrorism, economic crimes, and other forms of organized crime.

Participants expressed confidence that this dialogue would provide new impetus for strengthening legal cooperation.
