As noted at the event, the establishment of the research technopark will enable scientific research cooperation between Uzbekistan and Hungary to reach a qualitatively new level and will also contribute to the development of modern infrastructure, including laboratories, business incubators, and startup support systems. All necessary conditions will be created here to implement innovative ideas, commercialize scientific developments, and develop high-tech projects.

The activities of INNO Science Park will cover several priority areas, including engineering, energy, artificial intelligence, mechanical engineering, electronics, automation, materials science, food security, and medical technologies. These fields today play a key role in the global economy, shaping high-value industries.

In addition, the technopark will become a modern scientific platform for students and young researchers. They will have opportunities to receive expert consultations, work in modern laboratory facilities, and develop startup initiatives. This will help strengthen the link between scientific ideas and practical developments.

One of Hungary’s reputable universities, Óbuda University, is actively participating in the project’s implementation. Within the framework of this cooperation, the development of joint scientific research, technology transfer programs, and academic exchange is envisaged. In particular, initiatives are planned to expand opportunities for students of Uzbekistan to improve their qualifications and undertake internships at higher education institutions in Hungary.
