A group of women working in Uzbekistan’s textile sector visited Germany and had the opportunity to improve their qualifications at prestigious universities.

Currently, with the support of the Gesamtmasche and within the framework of the GUZ Partners program, our compatriots are attending specialized advanced training courses at Albstadt-Sigmaringen University in Germany.

During the training, they study important areas such as efficient labor organization, standardization of production processes, modern sewing techniques, and quality control technologies. Opportunities are also provided to acquire professional skills in occupational safety, 3D modeling, digital pattern development, and the application of lean management methods.
