The International Chess Academy hosts the Tashkent Autumn 2025 Rating Tournament.

After the eight rounds, Shoakrombek Karimov is in the lead among 10 chess players in Group A. He scored 8 points.

Among the 133 participants of group B, Uzbekistan’s Muhammaddiyor Mahammadaliyev and Said Usmon Shamsiddin became the leaders, who scored 5.5 points each before the start of the seventh round.

Among 119 participants in group C, Akhror Islomov from Uzbekistan leads with 5.5 points, followed by eight chess players with 5 points each.

On October 19, the final matches of the 9th round will take place in Group A, and the matches of the 7th round in Groups B and C.

The tournament, which is attended by representatives of Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, will run until October 21.
