Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov has received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Mosud Mannan.

On October 9, 2020, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Mosud Mannan, who is completing his diplomatic mission to Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

The sides discussed the state and prospects for further strengthening of Uzbekistan – Bangladesh comprehensive partnership.

The priority nature of expanding trade-economic and investment relations by increasing the volume of bilateral trade, as well as implementing joint projects in agricultural and textile industries was noted.

Special attention was paid to issues of interaction in culture, education and tourism.

Following the meeting, the Minister noted the successful completion of seven-year activity of the Ambassador in Uzbekistan and expressed gratitude for his personal contribution to development and strengthening of multifaceted relations between the two countries.

Mosud Mannan also thanked for favorable conditions created for fruitful work in Uzbekistan.
