Uzbekistan participates in the International Recruitment Trade Fair in Munich

Uzbekistan diplomats attended TALENTpro 2026, an international recruitment trade fair in Munich, upon invitation from the German firm Global Talent Alliance GmbH.

The exhibition brought together German employers, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, government bodies, and experts focused on attracting skilled foreign professionals and fostering international cooperation on labor migration. Over 90 exhibitors and more than 100 speakers took part, including representatives from Siemens Energy, DHL Group, Evonik, Commerzbank, the European Space Agency (ESA), and others.

During the exhibition, meetings and negotiations were held with the management of Global Talent Alliance and with representatives of several German companies and organizations interested in recruiting qualified specialists from Uzbekistan.

The German side was provided with information on the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan in the area of organized labor migration, the mechanisms for selecting candidates and for providing vocational training and language instruction, and the activities of the Migration Agency.

Particular attention during the talks was paid to the employment of Uzbekistan citizens in healthcare, logistics, industry, the hospitality sector, and elder care.

The parties also discussed prospects for direct cooperation between German employers and the Migration Agency, as well as the implementation of joint personnel training projects aligned with the requirements of the German labor market.
