Uzbek FM meets with the Prime Minister of Croatia

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held talks with the Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs stated that they had a meaningful meeting with Prime Minister Andrej Plenković. He extended the sincere greetings and best wishes from the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to the Croatian Prime Minister.

Methods to significantly enhance relations between Uzbekistan and Croatia were explored. Focus areas included boosting political dialogue, increasing trade, economic, and investment collaboration, and advancing partnerships in transport and logistics.

Current regional issues and the prospects for cooperation within international organizations were also discussed.

Mr. Saidov noted that the Uzbek side greatly appreciates the Croatian leadership’s strong commitment to enhancing friendly ties and mutually advantageous cooperation with Uzbekistan.
