Tashkent to host the China Central Asia 2026
On October 14-16, the Uzexpocenter Exhibition Complex will host the China Central Asia (Uzbekistan) 2026 Trade Exhibition.
The event will bring together leading manufacturers, exporters, importers, and distributors from both countries. The business platform will focus on showcasing modern goods and services, establishing long-term partnerships, and expanding direct contacts among business community representatives.
Today, China remains Uzbekistan’s leading foreign trade partner. According to the National Statistics Committee, mutual trade turnover reached $11.3 billion in January-July 2026. Meanwhile, imports from China totaled $9.6 billion, and domestic exports to China were recorded at around $1.7 billion.
In 2025, the total investment volume in Uzbekistan reached $43.1 billion, of which $38.2 billion was foreign direct investment. One of the priorities of the ongoing reforms remains not only attracting capital but also establishing high-tech manufacturing enterprises focused on producing high-value-added goods.
Under these conditions, China Central Asia (Uzbekistan) 2026 is an effective, practical tool for turning trade relations into long-term industrial and investment cooperation, helping businesses in both countries develop new joint production projects.
