Tashkent hosted a meeting between Sanjar Tajiyev, Deputy Hokim of Tashkent city, and the leadership of the Foreign Affairs Office of Sichuan Province of the People’s Republic of China.

The parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation, including collaboration on cultural and media projects, exchange of experiences, and promoting Tashkent’s tourism potential in the Chinese market.

The importance of strengthening interregional ties was emphasized, with both parties noting that such visits contribute to fostering friendship and a favorable business environment between peoples.

The delegation members also held talks with the leadership of the National Television and Radio Company, where the parties discussed prospects for joint media projects.
