An enterprise of the Italian brand Cotonella, operating in Kukdala district of Kashkadarya region, increased exports of products manufactured in Uzbekistan in 2025.

“Made in Uzbekistan” underwear is regularly supplied to European consumers. Plans are in place to increase production volumes in Uzbekistan, expand the product range, and broaden export geography. This will not only have a positive impact on Kashkadarya region’s economy but also serve as an impetus for further development of the national textile industry.

The government pays special attention to supporting the sector, creating favorable conditions for foreign investors, providing tax incentives, and improving infrastructure.

This project strengthens economic ties between the two countries and is the result of measures implemented in Uzbekistan to produce competitive products.
