“Democratization and Human Rights” highlights mahalla development and social prosperity
The journal “Democratization and Human Rights,” established by the National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan, highlights both national practices and international experience in the protection and enforcement of human rights.
The journal, published since 1999, features current scientific and enlightenment articles in Uzbek, Russian, and English. It is listed among the scientific publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission for the publication of the main results of dissertations in political science, law, philosophy, history, Islamic studies, and sociology.
The presentation of the next issue of the journal was attended by members of the editorial board and media workers. It was emphasized that the publication plays a key role in strengthening the legal culture among the population.
The authors of the articles in the first issue of 2026 discussed their materials. Scientific reports on current topics were presented.
