Delegation of Georgia’s National Bureau of Enforcement visits Uzbekistan

From September 27 to October 1 this year, a delegation from Georgia’s National Bureau of Enforcement, led by its Chairperson, Lasha Modzgvrishvili, visits Uzbekistan at the invitation of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

As part of the visit, the leadership and representatives of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Georgia’s National Bureau of Enforcement held a bilateral meeting.

At the meeting, the parties discussed current issues related to enforcing court decisions, organizing enforcement proceedings, mechanisms to improve cooperation with government agencies, the use of modern information technologies and digital solutions, and promising areas for further developing cooperation between the two agencies.

During the visit, the Georgian delegation also visited the Yashnabad District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, where it was briefed on the department’s organizational structure, the daily activities of state enforcement officers, procedures for conducting enforcement proceedings, mechanisms for enforcing writs of execution, and practices for interacting with individuals and organizations.

The visit by the delegation of Georgia’s National Bureau of Enforcement is significant for advancing bilateral relations, implementing agreements reached between the two agencies, strengthening sectoral cooperation, and exchanging best practices.
