Uzbekistan’s first Ambassador presents credentials to President of Ethiopia
Uzbekistan’s Ambassador to Ethiopia Ashraf Khojayev, who is based in Doha, presented his credentials to the President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Taye Atske Selassie.
During a conversation held as part of the ceremony, the parties exchanged views on the prospects for cooperation between Uzbekistan and Ethiopia.
The President of Ethiopia welcomed Uzbekistan’s Ambassador to his country and expressed confidence in the ongoing development of bilateral relations and the growth of practical cooperation between the two nations.
The Ambassador of Uzbekistan conveyed sincere greetings and best wishes from President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the President of Ethiopia and emphasized Uzbekistan’s readiness to expand mutually beneficial economic cooperation.
The Ethiopian leader expressed his appreciation to the President of Uzbekistan for his efforts to strengthen cooperation between the two countries and conveyed his best wishes to him.
