Uzbekistan, Italy develop cooperation

Hokim of Navoi region Qobul Tursunov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Italian Republic, Agostino Pinna.

At the meeting, it was noted that as a result of cooperation between the two countries, development in trade-economic, scientific-technical and other areas has intensified. New joint projects with Italian investors were discussed. Investment cooperation with Italian companies in the machine-building and electrical engineering sectors is rapidly developing in the region.

Ambassador Agostino Pinna expressed hope that the cooperation will be mutually beneficial.
