Uzbekistan athletes win 6 medals at Asian U20 Championships

Representatives of Uzbekistan’s national team won 1 gold, 1 silver, and 4 bronze medals at the Asian U20 Athletics Championships in Hong Kong.

Ruslan Sadullayev won the gold medal in the javelin throw event.

Timur Nasimov earned a silver medal in the 5,000 meters.

Sarvar Meyliyev won the bronze medal in the long jump.

Following the girls’ competitions, Sadafbonu Nusratillayeva won 2 bronze medals: in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and the 5,000 meters. Dilnoza Khoshimova finished third in the 3,000 meters.
