Uzbekistan appoints ambassador to the UAE

During a Senate plenary session, the issue of appointing Umid Rustamovich Shodiyev as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the United Arab Emirates was discussed.

Senators emphasized that the candidate has extensive knowledge and practical skills in foreign policy and can effectively promote the country’s national interests internationally.

Following the discussions, Mr. Shodiyev was appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the UAE.
