Uzbekistan and USA strengthen cooperation in mineral resource processing

The delegation from the Institute of Mineral Resources visited the Syensqo Research and Innovation Center in Stamford and discussed issues related to processing complex carbon-containing ores and critical mineral raw materials by flotation, the effective use of new-generation reagents, and the introduction of innovative technologies into practice.

The parties exchanged views on studying international best practices, expanding research, implementing joint projects, and improving technological processes. Special attention was paid to improving the efficiency of processing and production of high-value-added products.

According to the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology, Uzbekistan’s specialists participated in practical tests. This cooperation will help increase the volume of export-oriented products and strengthen the international competitiveness of the sector.
