The President of Uzbekistan to pay a working visit to Azerbaijan
On May 17-18, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, will pay a working visit to Baku.
The Leader of Uzbekistan will participate in and address the Leaders’ Summit of the thirteenth session of the World Urban Forum, held under the auspices of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme.
The forum is dedicated to issues of sustainable urban development, including ensuring access to affordable housing, improving the quality of the urban environment, maintaining climate stability, and enhancing housing finance mechanisms.
Several meetings and negotiations with heads of foreign delegations are scheduled as part of the visit.
