Shahnoza Mamajonova wins the World Cup
The first Para Shooting World Cup tournament took place in Novi Sad, Serbia, featuring approximately 300 athletes from 51 countries.
On the last day of the seven-day competition, Shahnoza Mamajonova from Fergana, part of Uzbekistan’s national team competing in the SH1A class, scored 232.6 points in the P2 10-meter air pistol event, securing the gold medal.
Shahnoza Mamajonova is notably Uzbekistan’s first shooting world champion.
