Prospects for energy projects discussed with leading Chinese companies

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the heads of leading Chinese companies CAMCE, China Energy and Sinoma Energy on the sidelines of the meeting of the Council of Foreign Investors in the Fuel and Energy Sector.

Issues of developing joint projects in renewable energy, energy storage, waste processing and water supply were discussed.

The Chinese companies’ initiatives to establish a logistics hub in Andijan region, develop agrivoltaics and implement projects in the oil and gas sector were supported.
