Issues of developing educational cooperation discussed in Berlin
The initial gathering of Uzbekistan teachers residing in Germany took place at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Germany.
Teachers, education professionals, scientists, and representatives of the intelligentsia attended the event.
Opening the event, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Germany Dilshod Akhatov welcomed the participants and noted that in recent years in New Uzbekistan, the development of education and science, the preservation of national cultural heritage, and the strengthening of ties with compatriots living abroad have become priorities of state policy.

During the event, issues such as strengthening cooperation with fellow teachers living in Germany, improving methods for teaching Uzbek language, literature, and national culture to the younger generation, and increasing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational activities were discussed.
The event was also attended by representatives of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan’s project “Turkestan Literature in Germany”, as well as winners of the national contest “In the Footsteps of the Jadids”.
Prof. Shakhnoza Madayeva, the lead of the scientific project, introduced the first volume of the collection “Turkestan Literature in Germany”.

During the presentation, the participants became familiar with the results of research on Turkestan literature, the Jadid movement, and the heritage of Uzbekistan’s enlighteners in German scientific circles.
Additionally, Professor Noibakhon Mamadaliyeva, the jury chair of the “In the Footsteps of the Jadids” competition, along with Dr. Bahrom Irzayev and other experts, delivered presentations. They addressed topics related to preserving Jadid heritage and enhancing the modern education system.

Following the event, the winners delivered presentations and creative performances inspired by the Jadid heritage and read poems about the Motherland.
