Discussion of issues related to implementing the testing laboratory project
Akmal Jumanazarov, Director of the Uzbek Agency for Technical Regulation, met with representatives of the Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation and Planning.
During the meeting, the current status of jointly implemented projects and prospects for further cooperation were discussed. In particular, the next stages of the project to establish a testing laboratory in Uzbekistan, specializing in assessing the quality of equipment for renewable energy sources, were reviewed.
It was also noted that, with support from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Uzbekistan, effective cooperation has been established with the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards, the Korea Conformity Laboratory, the Korea Testing Laboratory, and the Korea Testing and Research Institute.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to expand mutually beneficial cooperation and consistently carry out promising projects.
