Cobalt leads passenger car production in Uzbekistan in the first quarter

According to the National Statistics Committee, Uzbekistan produced 108,769 passenger cars of various models in January-March 2026, an increase of 11,500 units compared to the same period last year.

Breakdown of passenger car production by brand:

Chevrolet Cobalt – 38,397 units;

Chevrolet Damas – 21,503 units;

Chevrolet Tracker – 10,746 units;

Chevrolet Onix – 8,950 units;

Kia – 7,105 units;

BYD – 5,111 units;

Haval – 2,978 units;

Chery – 1,981 units;

Special passenger cars – 11,998 units.
