Bakhtiyor Saidov receives copies of credentials from the newly appointed Ambassadors of Belgium and Sweden
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received copies of credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador of Belgium Matthias Kende and the Ambassador of Sweden Martin Rosen, Uzbekistan MFA reports.
At the meeting with the Ambassador of Belgium, it was noted that the opening of the Embassy of Belgium in Tashkent marks an important milestone in the development of bilateral relations.
The parties discussed ways to enhance political dialogue and broaden trade, economic, and investment cooperation. They also reaffirmed their commitment to advancing relations between Uzbekistan and Belgium, both bilaterally and through collaboration with the European Union.
At the meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of Sweden, a noticeable intensification of relations in recent years was noted.

The parties stressed the need to strengthen trade, economic, and investment ties, and to encourage direct interactions between the two countries’ business communities.
Following the meetings, Bakhtiyor Saidov wished the diplomats success in their responsible mission and reaffirmed Uzbekistan’s readiness to work together to elevate bilateral relations to a new level.
