Artists from around the world meet in Cappadocia
The Turkic World Artists’ International Meeting and Exhibition is currently taking place in Cappadocia, Türkiye.
The event aims to enhance the rich cultural heritage, shared artistic values, and longstanding friendship among the Turkic peoples by bringing together renowned artists and scholars from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, and Türkiye.

Javohir Niyozov, a member of the Creative Union of Artists of Uzbekistan, represents Uzbekistan in this prestigious international project.
During the program, the artists worked outdoors, drawing inspiration from Cappadocia’s famous historical valleys, rock-cut structures, and ancient cultural landmarks.

The artworks created during the event capture Cappadocia’s distinctive character and embody the shared cultural values of the Turkic world through unique artistic expressions. Ultimately, these works are intended to be integrated into Cappadocia’s cultural and artistic collections, serving as a lasting creative legacy for future generations of Turkic artists. The region’s ancient history, remarkable natural scenery, and the collective spirit of the Turkic peoples are vividly represented on canvas.
