Abduqodir Khusanov is recognized as the best football player

Abduqodir Khusanov, a defender for the Uzbekistan national team who plays for Manchester City, was named the best player in March.

According to the amateur voting results, Uzbekistan’s player was ahead of his teammates Rodri and Jérémy Doku. In last month’s matches, he showed a steady and confident game. His defensive skills, dominance in ball-handling, and high speed on the court have earned recognition from fans.

This is the second award for A. Khusanov in 2026. In January, he was named the club’s Player of the Month.

In Manchester City, he played 21 matches.

Josep Guardiola’s team will face Liverpool FC on April 4 as part of the FA Cup.
