Uzbekistan’s para-karate athletes win 4 medals at the Asian Championships

Uzbekistan’s athletes earned 1 gold and 3 bronze medals at the 22nd Asian Senior Karate Championship and the 5th Asian Parakarate Championship in Bali, Indonesia.

Saidikromkhon Mahkamov defeated representatives from Japan, China, and South Korea in the K-22 category, earning a gold medal.

Muhammadsodiq Ortiqjonov in the K-10 category, Muhammadjon Goipnazarov in the K-21 category, and Sevinchbonu Ochilova in the K-22 category each secured bronze medals.

Representatives from the Ministry of Sports, the National Paralympic Committee, and the Karate Association of Uzbekistan warmly greeted para-karate athletes at Tashkent International Airport, acknowledging their commendable efforts in defending Uzbekistan’s honor at the championship.
