Uzbekistan’s judo team wins first place in the Asian Cup team events
Tashkent hosted the Cadet and Junior Asian Cup 2026.
Uzbekistan’s athletes won 13 gold, 9 silver, and 17 bronze medals – a total of 39 medals.
The Uzbekistan national team took first place in the team events. Akbar Sharipov, Bobur Yusupov, Davlatbek Akhrorov, Mirsaid Jurayev, Behruzbek Usmonov, Samandar Sunnatov, Jurabek Eshpulatov, Alibek Durdiyev, Iroda Sirojiddinova, Nozima Normurodova, Zukhra Alimova, Dinora Samandarova, and Ziyoda Shomurodova reached the top step of the podium.
