The parties discussed the issues of accelerating the implementation of the project for construction of the ammonia and urea complex at JSC Navoiazot, mobilization of the construction site and ensuring the commissioning of the facility as soon as possible. Organizational issues at TPP Turakurgan were also discussed.

Issues related to returning Japanese specialists to the construction site and acceleration of commissioning, preparation of the site and external infrastructure, training of local personnel who will be involved in commissioning and further operation of the complex, their training and advanced training were considered.

The Japanese side assured that it would make every effort to complete all work as quickly and efficiently as possible in compliance with safety measures.
