Uzbekistan’s weightlifter Doston Yakubov won all three gold medals in the weight category up to 73 kg at the World Weightlifting Championships in Doha.

According to the National Olympic Committee, he won the gold medals in all 3 directions, lifting 137 kg in the snatch, 175 kg in the clean and jerk, and in the sum of two exercises showing a result of 312 kg, thereby leading the medal standings.
