Thailand hosted the final fights among the girls of the Asian U22 Boxing Championships.

Five members of Uzbekistan national team won gold, three – silver, two – bronze medals. Thus, our athletes took 1st place in the team standings among representatives of more than 20 countries.

Farzona Fozilova, Sabina Bobokulova, Feruza Kazakova, Nigina Uktamova and Navbakhor Khamidova won gold medals, Sitora Turdibekova, Aziza Zokirova, Sokhiba Ruzmetova won silver medals, Ziyoda Yarasheva and Sakhobat Khusanova won bronze medals.

The final competition among men will take place on January 26.
