Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev received the Ambassador of Egypt to Uzbekistan Amira Fahmy.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects for further development of bilateral relations in the political, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres, as well as cooperation within the framework of the UN, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and other international structures.

The sides exchanged views on the schedule of the upcoming joint events at various levels. Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed during the talks.
