Issues of further intensifying the comprehensive strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Türkiye were discussed at a meeting of the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye to Uzbekistan Olgan Bekar.

The parties also discussed the schedule and organizational aspects of the upcoming joint events, including regular meetings of the Strategic Planning Group at the level of heads of foreign affairs agencies and the Uzbekistan – Türkiye Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.

An agreement was reached to strengthen joint work to comprehensively implement the decisions taken following the meetings of the leaders of Uzbekistan and Türkiye.
