Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received Ambassador of Palestine Javad Mohammed Awad.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for further development of bilateral relations in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

Particular attention was paid to the interaction of the parties within the framework of the UN, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and other international institutions.

Views were exchanged on the schedule of upcoming joint events at various levels.
