The first charter flight from Xi'an
The Boeing 757-200 of China’s North-Western Cargo International Airlines (NWCIA) landed at Tashkent International Airport at 10:07 local time. The aircraft performed the first charter flight on the Xi'an – Tashkent – Xi'an route.
According to Uzbekistan Airports, it is planned that cargo flights on the Xi'an – Tashkent – Xi'an route will be operated on Boeing 757-200 with a payload capacity of up to 25 tons. At the initial stage, flights will be operated once a week, followed by an increase in frequency to three times a week.
North-Western Cargo International Airlines (NWCIA) is a Chinese cargo airline headquartered in Xi'an.
