Uzmetkombinat JSC held a festive event on October 1 – Teachers and Mentors Day.

Experienced metallurgists, young specialists, and representatives of the general public attended the event. The Chairman of the Board of Uzmetkombinat JSC, Director General Rashid Pirmatov, noted that today, Uzbekistan’s teachers and mentors make an invaluable contribution to the development of the younger generation, which is the future of the nation.

In particular, the work carried out and achievements of Uzmetkombinat JSC are also associated with the work of teachers. As noted, the teacher plays an important role in the development of every child and young person and helps them enter adulthood.

“The purpose of this event is to pay tribute to experienced metallurgists who have been working for many years. At the same time, we intend to familiarize the young team of the plant with their work and life experience. What is important is that this meeting turned out to be useful for our young specialists. Today, our enterprise has an effective “master-apprentice” system, which ensures specialists retraining and improving their professional qualifications. In this regard, the merit of our experienced masters working at our plant is incomparable”, said the Head of the Information Service of Uzmetkombinat JSC Adkham Imomnazarov.

At the festive event, experienced metallurgists told the participants in detail about their work experience and life skills.

In conclusion, the masters were presented with souvenirs and certificates.
