Incomparably beautiful blue sky. Poplars, freed from green foliage, awaiting winter harvest. Majestic mountains covered with snow. Spruce trees that do not change their outfit all year round. There is impressive silence all around. The waters of rivers and ditches no longer sing as loudly as in summer. Warm-loving birds have flown south. Only occasionally are the cries of hawks and falcons heard. Only ripe berries have long lost their leaves and are visible on the rosehip bushes. All these are landscapes of winter, which already fully reigns in the Gissar State Mountain-Juniper Reserve.
The Suvtushar Waterfall has irresistible charm and beauty. Its jets fall from a height of 75-80 meters. You look at this spectacle, and it seems as if the girl let down her lush hair. The water in the waterfall has decreased a little, but it has not lost its grandeur and attractiveness. Soon, the area surrounding the waterfall will also be covered with snow.
Winter begins in the mountains. The Gissar Mountain Range, where the reserve is located, is already covered with snow. The flora and fauna of the reserve are gradually preparing for winter. Squirrels stock up on food for the winter. And the brown bears began to prepare a place for hibernation.
