First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Furkat Sidikov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy to Uzbekistan Agostino Pinna.

The parties noted the need for strengthening interaction to increase the volume of exports of Uzbekistan products to Italy, primarily within the framework of the EU GSP+ system of preferences, certification and standardization of goods, attracting Italian experts to improve skills and exchange experience in training for industries in Uzbekistan.
