Uzbekistan chess players successfully performed at the international chess tournament Norway Chess Open.

According to the Ministry of Sports Development, 101 chess players from 10 countries participated in the tournament. Uzbek chess players won prizes in the blitz tournament. Mukhiddin Madaminov scored seven points out of nine possible and won second place, Muhammadzohid Suyarov took third place.
