On 5 April 2021, a delegation of the Islamic Republic of Iran led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammad Javad Zarif, will visit Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

It is planned to discuss the current state and prospects for the development of Uzbekistan – Iran relations in the political, trade-economic, investment, transport-logistics and other spheres.

The parties will exchange views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
