On December 13, 2021, heads of Uzbekistan’s diplomatic mission abroad arrived in Karakalpakstan to assist in further increasing international cooperation, enhancing exports, the inflow of investments, advanced technologies and tourists to the region.

The trip began with a meeting with the leadership of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, led by the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes Murat Kamalov.

The diplomats were provided with detailed information about the key directions of development of Karakalpakstan for the future, socio-economic, natural and cultural-humanitarian potential of cities and districts, their tourism opportunities.

The parties exchanged views on the issues of practical cooperation.
