The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan initiated the adoption of this Agreement at the Fourth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia, held on July 21, 2022, in Cholpon-Ata.
The law reflects such issues as assistance in organizing mass events with youth participation, projects, youth camps, interstate youth actions, workshops, discussion clubs, roundtable discussions, youth forums, and conferences on current youth policy issues in the region.
The adoption of this law will create opportunities for the development of partnerships between Central Asian Countries in youth policy and will strengthen cooperation among the region’s youth.
