Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received Ambassador of Turkmenistan Yazguly Mamedov.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the parties considered the current issues of further deepening the friendship, good neighborliness and strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.

The main attention was paid to the comprehensive implementation of the agreements reached during the high-level visits.

The parties also exchanged views on the schedule of planned events, including within the framework of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries.

Specific proposals were discussed to increase the indicators of trade turnover, accelerate the implementation of joint projects in trade and industrial cooperation.
