Muynak district and the city of Nukus host an International Conference dedicated to the 900th anniversary of Suleiman Bakirgani, an International Eco-Festival “Restoration of the Aral and Muynak”, a Gastronomic Festival “99 Aral Fish Dishes”.

Local and foreign guests, media representatives who arrived to cover the events, were solemnly welcomed at Muynak Airport. The participants got acquainted with the sights of the district.

The participants of the international conference visited the Mausoleum of Suleiman Bakirgani and got acquainted with the ongoing archaeological excavations in the district.

The ceremony of awarding the winners of the Gastronomic Festival “99 Aral Fish Dishes” took place. The chefs of Beruni district took first place, the chefs of Kungrad district – second, and the chefs of Amudarya district – third place.

The winners of the nominations “The Youngest Chef”, “The Most Experienced Hostess”, “The Most Beautifully Decorated Fish Dish”, “The Most Modern Fish Dish”, “The Most Historical Fish Dish”, "The Best Decorated Table” were also awarded.
