14.4 trillion UZS of mortgage loans were allocated to the population in Uzbekistan last year
According to the Central Bank, the volume of mortgage loans allocated to the population in 2022 amounted to 14.4 trillion UZS.
In particular, 10.8 trillion UZS of mortgage loans were allocated for the purchase of housing in the primary market, and 3.6 trillion UZS in the secondary market.
During the year, commercial banks allocated 3.8 trillion UZS of mortgage loans to the population at their own expense, which is 2.9 trillion UZS more than last year.
