The delegation led by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Sayfullayev arrived in Japan on an official visit. Various meetings and concert programs with participation of Uzbek artists will be held during the visit, which will last until November 23.

Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Sayfullayev met with Mayor of Maizuru city, Ryozo Tatami.

It was noted that Japan highly appreciates Uzbek art and culture. The parties discussed issues of further development of Uzbekistan – Japan relations, noted the peculiar features of culture of the two countries.

A concert program with participation of Uzbek art masters was held in Maizuru, which attracted the audience with its colorfulness, fascination and national spirit.
